What we have right now aren't bad, but there are a lot of gaps. For example, there is no way to see who ordered from a given gallery. For example, I can get a download of all my customers with their contact info. I can also get a download of the transaction details. But there is no report that says what a customer ordered, or from what gallery. I can't even join the data in Excel because there is no key between them (order number, for example). I've been wanting to sent out email announcements to everyone who ordered from a certain gallery to let them know about another gallery they'd be interested in. A report that lists all customers who ordered from a given gallery would work. So I'm asking for better reporting, perhaps in some kind of anyalytic, pivot table format. Downloadable to Excel for further analysis.
